C.S.I Coimbra Club will be a gorgeous place for you to stay a semester, a year or only for a few days when arriving to the city and look for a place by yourself already living in Coimbra.

C.S.I Coimbra Club is 10-15 min on foot to the top city places: Praça da República, Alma Shopping, Old University, etc. In Coimbra everything is near by!

- FEUC and ESEC very close by.

- University of Coimbra (POLO I and POLO III ) is just 15 min on foot and we have direct bus line near the door.

INDIVIDUAL ROOMS “LONG STAY” (semester / year ):

> Room Standard: 240 /month (Individual Room, Individual Bed, Shared Bathroom)

> Room Prime: 275 /month (Individual Room, Individual Bed, Private Bathroom)

Obs: For a stay of less than 6 months the monthly amount is agreed upon prior consultation.

( 5 Months: STANDARD - 260/ month * PRIME - 295/ month - first to last day of each month)

HOSTEL "Sleep & Shower":
To have a place for the first days when arriving to the city of Coimbra and look around. Our day value rate:

> Room - Twin 29 euros - Room with two individual beds and Shared bathroom

> Room - Individual -Standard - 19 euros - Room with one individual bed and Shared bathroom

> Room - Individual - Prime - 26 euros - Room with one individual bed and Private bathroom.

FACILITIES at CS I - COIMBRA

All the house expenses are included: gas, electricity, water, heat, internet, cleaning of the shared areas. Also all rooms include a set of bedsheets, pillow and towels.
